A YouTube video of a Target employee giving a pep talk before Black Friday has gone viral. In the 56-second clip, the employee named Scott Simms stands on the conveyor belt at the checkout counter while delivering a speech at a Target store in Westminster, Md.

“People of Target, brothers, sisters, hear me now. They're standing out there. Any moment now, those doors will be breached,” Simms says in the “THIS IS TARGET! BLACK FRIDAY PEP TALK.” Video, which has racked up more than 800,000 views since it was posted on Nov. 27.

In an interview with ABC News, Simms said Target customers come to their stores with bargains in their mind so they must give those bargains to them. He also said he is a big fan of “Game of Thrones,” “300” and “Braveheart,” all of which have an epic battle where there is one person delivering a big speech.

In a statement released by Target, the company said it is of their favorite parts of Black Friday to watch their entire Target team to bring the holiday to life in their own way and described Simms as “clearly quite a team player.”

A former co-worker Vincent Scellini said although he does not particularly miss the Target store, he misses working with Simms.

Scellini told BuzzFeed News that Simms “always brought a very positive energy and unique humor to the workplace” and “was simply a fun person to be around.”
