Zack Snyder recently revealed some details about Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman appearance in ‘Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.” The movie director assured she will not just have a cameo but a much bigger role to play in the film.

Talking to Filmink about “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice,” Snyder hinted that Gadot’s Wonder Woman will have much more screen time than just a cameo.

“Actually… it’s bigger than a cameo. She comes in and does something,” he said, although declined to reveal any further details.

A bit of humour was included with Wonder Woman’s cameo appearance at the end of the “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” trailer. Ben Affleck’s Batman surprisingly asked Henry Cavill’s Superman,” Is she with you?” Snyder said there’s a reason why that line was interjected in the scene.

“You have to see the movie, because it gears into the drama of what’s happening, and if you see it in the context of the film, it completely makes sense that the two of them were trying to figure out who she is,” Snyder told Filmink.

In the same interview with Filmink, Snyder also talked about the casting process for Wonder Woman and revealed why they chose Gadot to portray the character. The film director said there was fierceness in Gadot that he and even Affleck liked.

Out of the many actresses they tested for the role, Gadot stood out because of her character. Snyder described the actress as being fierce yet kind at the same time. He also called the actress strong and beautiful. Gadot was reportedly both serious and fun at the same time while on set. Snyder said she held her own with Ben during the screen test, which the Batman star also found amazing.

Not much has been revealed about Gadot’s Wonder Woman appearance in “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.” She was only briefly glimpsed in the official trailer and the Comic-Con trailer released for the film. However, a previous report claimed she and Superman will team up to defeat Doomsday. It’s believed she and Kal-El will work together in killing the villain using kryptonite laser.
