Apple enthusiasts who are eagerly awaiting the arrival of iPhone 6s could expect some more good news. Apple could launch new color options for Apple Watch Sport that will match with the upcoming iPhone 6s. Besides that, a thinner and lighter iPad Mini is expected to be available this fall.

According KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple might consider launching the Apple Watch Sport in new color options that would match the upcoming iPhone 6s, which includes anodizing aluminium in either yellow gold or rose gold to go with the gold options on the iPhone 6s, reports Mac Rumors. The publication also mentioned that Apple’s additions would apparently be for the aluminium models only.

In May, Jewellers, namely, Watch Plate and Golden Dreams, were offering to gold plate the Apple Watch in an effort to make it affordable for many Apple Watch Enthusiasts who wanted to own the gadget, by paying a reasonable price. In a recent survey done by market research firm Wristly, reveals that 97 percent of the Apple Watch users are satisfied with the wearable product.

In the KGI report, Kuo also said that Apple could introduce a thinner and lighter iPad mini, which will be a smaller version of the iPad Air 2. The expected version is likely to begin shipping towards the end of the quarter. No information on the new models of the iPad Air 2 or rumored iPad Pro was revealed in the KGI report, as per a report on 9to5 Mac.

On July 21, Apple announced its Q3 earnings, in which it recorded outstanding numbers that delivered record breaking sales to the Cupertino based technology giant, reports Business Insider. The publication also reported that the iPhone is a $154 billion business, which has the capability to grow at 40 percent annually on a quarterly basis.
