'The X Factor UK' hosts Caroline Flack and Olly Murs locked lips at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women of The Year Awards on Wednesday.

Flack bagged the Ultimate TV Personality with Baileys award at the event. Following her win, the duo met up and went straight to the photobooth where they posed for goofy pictures and shared a kiss.

Caroline posted those pictures on Instagram which sent their fans into a frenzy. On Nov. 30, she previously revealed that Murs gave her a big hug when she got upset after reading the negative comments about her body and appearance online.

The romance between the two has been the subject of speculation for quite some time now. “We're not girlfriend and boyfriend, yet we're not totally platonic either,” Caroline said in an interview with You Magazine, after she refused to give a label to their alleged relationship.

Olly, who recently broke up with Francesca Thomas, his girlfriend of three years, was quoted as saying that he cannot imagine ever being romantic with his co-host. He told Daily Mail’s Weekend magazine that if both of them got involved with each other, they’d lose the flirtatious chemistry that they have on-screen. "Well, if it didn't happen three or four years ago then it isn't going to happen now. To be honest, it would mess everything up,” he said.

Despite the repeated denials from the alleged couple, Simon Cowell’s close friend, Sinitta, suggests that there is definitely something between the pair. "It's like Ross and Rachel in Friends. It's getting there," she said at London's Global Gift Gala. Sinitta also declared that she’d like the two to just “kiss and get it on.”

Caroline and Olly first got together in 2013 to present at the ITV2 spin-off “The Xtra Factor.” Caroline was also romantically linked to One Direction's Harry Styles before.
