The 2013 Miss Universe Fan Vote sponsored by High 5 Games was launched Oct. 28 and is open until Nov. 8. During this time, fans can rate their 2013 Miss Universe favorites.

Fans with a valid email address can vote for their favorite contestant at www.missuniverse.com orwww.telemundo.com. The winning contestant will be considered a frontrunner in the semifinals.

Miss Universe 2013 pageant will air on Nov. 9 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC. The prestigious global event will take place at Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia.

The grand finale and "Crowning Moment" will debut exclusively on High 5 Casino at www.high5casino.net.
