Superwoman Donna has to blame herself for getting in trouble in the last episode of “Suits” Season 4, “Derailed.” She stole a document from Liberty Rail to help Mike get an upper-hand in a whistle blower case. To his hurt and shock, Harvey got to know about that from the opposing counsel, Evan Smith. The penultimate episode of “Suits” Season 4, which is titled “Intent,” will see Harvey defending Donna in court, and there is a real possibility that she may end up going to prison.

The preview clip of episode 15 shows Harvey telling Louis that “he is charging her [Donna] with intent to commit fraud.” The ‘He’ mentioned here is probably D.A. Wolf, as the synopsis of the episode reveals that he is going to come after the firm. As there is solid evidence against Donna, it is likely that she may go to prison if Mike and Harvey fail to find a way to checkmate Liberty Rail.

In the previous episode, “Derailed,” Mike took a whistle blower case. Harvey let him have his way despite the firm’s policy against such cases. When Mike almost gave up because of whistle blower’s questionable reputation, Donna stepped up and posed as an official from national transport safety board to steal a document from Liberty Rail’s file room to help Mike.

Tricia Helfer is returning in the penultimate episode to reprise her role as Evan. “When Evan Smith brings new evidence nullifying the firm’s victory against Liberty Rail, Harvey and Mike must scramble to save the case," according to “Suits” Season 4 episode 15 synopsis, “Intent.” “But when D.A. Wolf comes after the firm, they’re faced with the real possibility of Donna going to prison for her role.”

In the last episode, Jeff Malone told Jessica that he loves her and Jessica decided to tell him the real reason behind Louis’ name on the wall. However, before she could tell him about Mike, Jeff found out that Jessica had lied to him, though he did not find out about Mike’s fraud. Jeff pulled the plug on his and Jessica’s relationship. According to the synopsis of the episode, Jessica and Malone will try to “adjust to their new roles in each other’s lives.”
