'Scandal' Season 4 Spoilers: Olivia Pope Fixes A Gay Republican White House Wedding In Episode 17 [VIDEO]

[Spoiler Alert: This article contains spoilers from the previous episodes of "Scandal" Season 4 and the upcoming episode 17, read at your own risk]
The episode 17 of “Scandal” Season 4, titled “Put A Ring On It,” is set to feature a gay republican White House wedding. The episode will see Michael (Matthew Del Negro) getting himself in a bad situation and Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) will be seen telling Cyrus to move up his wedding date.
In the preview clip of the episode, Olivia is seen telling Cyrus (Jeff Perry), “You’ve to get married, not next month, not next year, now.” Mellie (Bellamy Young) looks amused hearing about the White House wedding plan from Olivia and that too the wedding of a gay republican. And Cyrus seems to be the most ill-tempered would be groom on the planet. He wants Michael out of his house and can be seen calling him the “whore.”
Michael was planted in Cyrus’ life by Elizabeth (Portia de Rossi). She wanted Michael to seduce Cyrus so that she could get the top secret information from the White House. When Elizabeth leaked the pictures of Cyrus and Matthew, Olivia spun the scandal as a love story. At the time, she convinced Cyrus to announce his engagement to Michael. “The wedding of the year” may or may not happen but the preview indicates that this storyline is going to be fun.
The other storyline of episode 17 revolves around B-613. According to the synopsis of the episode, “David Rosen (Joshua Malina) takes the first step in executing his plan to take down B613.” In episode 15, David decided that he would go after the B-613 and not shut the case that he had to open because of Huck’s (Guillermo Diaz) testimony against the covert government agency.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Diaz said that David would be going after the large community of B-613 agents. He also said that there will be a split in this community, as some of the agents would support Huck while a group would be against him. The actor said that the "focus has to be command and getting the leader of the group." Diaz said that once they get the top guy everything else would fall in place.
Meanwhile in the previous episode, Huck slitting the throat of Lena Dunham’s character, Sue, was one of the most shocking scenes in the “Scandal” history. He wanted to stop her from jeopardising his chance of getting an immunity deal. Huck believed that Sue would eventually talk and spill the dirty details, which will land David Rosen in trouble, one of the men with whom Sue had sex. This would put an end to his dream of reuniting with his wife and son. Huck got his immunity deal while Quinn (Katie Lowes), who saw him slit Sue’s throat, did not tell Olivia the truth.
