As one of the biggest gaming consoles of its generation, the PlayStation 4 has some of the most loyal user bases. And while the hardware itself is a stellar piece of technology, a large part of its success is the massive gaming roster it has, and March 2017 will not disappoint.

'Star Trek: Bridge Crew'

One highly anticipated game from Ubisoft for this month is “Star Trek: Bridge Crew,” which IGN has noted will be released first on March 14. The game, which is a virtual reality title, will provide players the experience of boarding the Aegis starship. They will then go on an adventure across the “Star Trek” universe to search for a new homeworld for the Vulcans.

Australian players can pre-order “Star Trek: Bridge Crew” here for $89.95. Deliveries will begin on May 30.

'Mass Effect: Andromeda'

“Mass Effect: Andromeda,” on the other hand, will debut on March 21. The action-adventure game from game publisher Electronic Arts is the first next generation game from the massive “Mass Effect” franchise. It takes place long after the original trilogy, and is also set in an area far away from the initial locations.

The setting more specifically takes place in the 22nd century, when humankind is planning to populate new home worlds in the Andromeda Galaxy. The player will assume the role of either Scott or Sara Ryder, an inexperienced military recruit. The story begins when the character wakes up in Andromeda from a 600-year journey.

Australian players can pre-order “Mass Effect: Andromeda” here for $99.95. Deliveries will begin on March 23.

'Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMix'

In addition, “Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMix” is set to make its international debut on March 28. The game is a compilation of previous remastered chapters in the “Kingdom Hearts” franchise. It includes “Kingdom Hearts,” “Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories,” “Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days,” “Kingdom Hearts HD II” and “Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep.”

Players will get the chance to explore the mixed worlds of Disney and Square Enix, which includes popular characters such as Donald, Goofy, Mickey Mouse, Squall, Cloud and Yuffie. But despite this, it also offers its own unique battle style and story.

Australian players can pre-order “Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMix” here for $69.95. Deliveries will begin on March 31.
