“Batman: Arkham Knight” is considered one of the best games in the Arkham series. Despite its positive reviews, “Batman: Arkham Knight” had some issues, particularly the game's PC version.

In a post on the official Steam page of “Batman: Arkham Knight,” publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment confirmed a new release date for the PC version of the game. The bug-plagued PC version of “Batman: Arkham Knight” will return to Steam this Oct. 28 after being pulled off from both digital and brick-and-mortar retailers.

"At 10 am PDT, Oct. 28, Batman: Arkham Knight will be re-released for the PC platform. At the same time, we’ll also be releasing a patch that brings the PC version fully up-to-date with content that has been released for console (with the exception of console exclusives)," the statement read.

Players who ordered the Season Pass will also get the available content on Oct. 28. This includes additional Batman skins, Batmobiles skins, missions and additional characters for the game’s AR side quests.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment was also appreciative of customers who were keen on pointing out the several issues and bugs in the game. Upon launch, “Batman: Arkham Knight” for the PC was a disaster. Many players reported that they have been unable to play the game due to several issues. The publisher then pulled off the title from all retailers. Those who already purchased “Batman: Arkham Knight” and cannot get a refund were then stuck with a very buggy game.

Throughout the succeeding months, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment released a couple of patches for the PC version. The patches were geared to fix some issues, but overall, the game was still unplayable, Digital Trends reports. The latest patch was released last September, which addressed many issues. Hopefully, the re-released version will be better than the launch version of the game.
