If latest reports are to be believed, Blizzard Entertainment will soon be launching “Overwatch” season 4 on PC, Xbox One and PS4. The studio has revealed the start times and dates. It is currently schedules to launch on March 1. The original launch date is Feb. 28, 4:00 p.m. PST in the US. However, the time difference with Australia has to be taken into consideration. Players are anticipating a new hero reveal with the launch of season 4. A big change is coming and it has something to do with Doomfist.

As per a photo shared by Blizzard on the game’s official Twitter account, a popular location is seen heavily damaged. The teaser image shows the opening spawn area on the Numbani map, where the airport terminal is severely damaged. The Doomfist gauntlet is missing and the opening spawn area on the Numbani map where the airport terminal is located is heavily damaged. Efi Oladele is believed to have done so. She may bring the gigantic robotic spider or Doomfist, when she makes her first appearance in “Overwatch” season 4.

According to Express, it is also possible that Efi is building something to protect the people in “Overwatch” and that whatever she builds, could be the next hero. It is now popularly believed that the 11-year-old scientist Efi is the new hero. Not much is known about Efi's capabilities and whether or not the large robotic spider, spotted in a concept art, played a part in her creation. Eli can be released anytime now, as pointed out by some new images from the public test realm. Back to the destruction, there’s a robotic figure attached to the wall, rather slammed into it, writes Mobile & Apps.

Moreover, the Doomfist gauntlet is no more shown in the payload cart. It shows a smashed case with the main item missing. Rumours suggest that players may “come face-to-face with Doomfist in a new PvE mode, and that Efi will create something to ward off the Doomfist threat, thus ushering in Overwatch’s 24th playable hero.” The mantle of Doomfist has been assumed by multiple characters and all of them carried a large powerful gauntlet. The original cinematic teaser showed Reaper and Widowmaker trying to steal the Doomfist gauntlet.

However, their efforts are thwarted by Tracer and Winston. The latest photo has shown two crucial changes to the map. Stay tuned on IBT AU for more updates on “Overwatch” season 4.
