The Scottish princess Merida will be back in “Once Upon a Time” Season 5, cast member Amy Manson confirmed in a recent interview. Meanwhile, Ginnifer Goodwin appears to have inadvertently revealed that there will be another pregnancy on the show.

In an interview with D23, Manson said that she will begin filming her scenes for the show in March. Her character, Merida, is set to return in the finale episode of the current season. “Maybe it will be about planting the seeds for next season,” the actress teased.

The actress said that she felt “grateful” for being given the opportunity to play the role, after she went back home to Scotland to celebrate Christmas. Talking about her character on the show, the actress said that Merida “wears her heart on her sleeve, because she’s from Scotland, where you do it yourself and don’t need help from anyone else.”

Manson said that the huge fan base of the movie “Brave” and Merida weighed on her when she first got on set to film her scenes for “Once Upon a Time.” The actress said that she kept mixing up her lines and it took around five takes to get it right and get the flow going.

Meanwhile, Manson’s fellow cast member of the show Goodwin appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” show and talked about her TV series, TV Line reports. The actress revealed that Emile de Ravin’s character Belle French will be pregnant on the show. The report notes that Belle and Mr. Gold (Robert Carlyle) have worked out their differences and are back together on the show.

The next episode of “Once Upon a Time” Season 5 will be the 100th episode of the show. The show will return on March 6 and there will be 12 episodes in the second half of the season.
