Miranda Kerr has revealed the secret to her glowing skin. The Victoria's Secret Angel indulges in green tea facial, which help her relax and unwind after a hectic day.

In her latest newsletter for her skincare range Kora Organics, the 32-year-old model said the secret to her glowing skin comes from a tea cup, writes Celebrity Health Fitness. The model not only drinks green tea, she also uses it for other purposes. And for a change, the ritual she follows is fairly easy on the pocket and does not require much expertise.

The ex-wife of actor Orlando Bloom insists on using a regular cleanser first, followed up by an exfoliating cleanser to unclog the pores on the skin. However, after each working week, the gorgeous brunette looks forward to a green tea bag DIY steam bath.

"Fill your basin with a jug of freshly boiled water, add an organic green tea bag to the water, place your head over the basin and cover with a large towel… let the steam envelope your face for a few minutes to open your pores,” Kerr said. Green tea not only has anti-oxidant properties but also acts as an anti-aging product.

Kerr not only takes good care of her skin, she also leads a very healthy lifestyle. The brunette beauty was raised in an organic household and still eats all organic food products. She is also famous for promoting green smoothies, which has chia seeds and spirulina powder, maca powder, fresh coconut water, goji berries and acai powder. She is also quite good at eating stuff that does not taste good. “I'll open and put my vitamins in the smoothie as well because I don't like to take the capsules,” she added.

She is also a fitness freak and indulges in at least an hour of yoga every morning. Apart from yoga, Kerr's daily workout routine also includes low-impact cardio, kick boxing, weight training, resistance and functional exercises. She also has a degree in nutrition and eats “salmon, avocado, macadamia oil” and also cooks in coconut oil.
