Huawei recently announced a pair of smartwatches for women, the Jewel and the Elegant, at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2016. The two Android wear watches look classy and have innovative features.

The Jewel smartwatch has Swarovski crystals encrusted around the border of the watch face that make it look very elegant. Quite similar in looks to the Jewel, the Elegant smartwatch model looks pretty in rose and gold colours, but is devoid of the Swarovski crystal design to it. The two dazzling watches have very slim straps that fit snugly around a woman’s small wrist, reports CNET.

Huawei mentioned in a press release that the two smartwatches, Elegant and Jewel, are inspired by the Huawei Watch models. With high-end wristwatch designs, the two devices boast of the Android and iOS software compatibility. In addition to this, the watches flaunt a scratch-resistant and 316L cold-forged stainless steel body. The dials in both are round in shape.

Huawei also unveiled other products like the MediaPad M2 10.0 tablet, the Huawei GX8 smartphone and a new colour version of the Nexus 6P at the CES 2016. The MediaPad M2 10.0 tablet and the Huawei GX8 smartphones will soon be available for purchase in the United States within the first quarter of 2016. The golden version of the Nexus 6P, on the other hand, has started selling out from Jan. 5 via Best Buy and Google Store.

The Chinese multinational telecommunications company aims at combining the latest technology in the handsets. “At Huawei, we are committed to expertly blending the latest technology in stylish, premium-looking devices that exhibit our innovation and design expertise,” said Yanyan Ji, vice president and head of marketing for Huawei Device USA.

The company is also looking forward to distributing quality and flagship products to the US consumers. “As we expand our portfolio in the United States, consumers can expect the quality and style of flagship products to appear in devices throughout our portfolio,” Yanyan Ji added.

Apart from the US, Huawei will also sell the two smartwatches for women in the UK, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, among other countries, starting this March. However, the launch date will vary from country to country, reports Engadget.
