Hilary Duff reportedly went out on her first Tinder date on Monday night, April 27. She shared the surreal experience, saying the guy is an actor and that they did not end the night with a kiss.

The former Disney star, who recently filed a divorce from her husband Mike Comrie and currently embittered in a custody fight over their 3-year-old child Luca, checked out what is on the dating scene by using the famous app Tinder. She shared what transpired on the very first date she went to on her interview with “On Air With Ryan Seacrest.” She shared that the guy’s name is Tom and they chose to spend the date night on a wholesome note.

She said that instead of going out on an intimate date, they went out on a group date. They went bowling so they were not able to talk that much, although they did share some personal details with each other. Tom was with a friend and Hilary also got her girlfriends with her. The “Younger” actress gushed that Tom was “cool.” He used to edit for reality shows and is now an actor. Hilary in general, found him interesting although she personally did not want to date an actor.

Asked how she felt about the guy though, Hilary said she actually does not know and would rather see how things unfold. She clarified though that they did not sealed this first date with a kiss.

Hilary obviously enjoyed her first Tinder date experience that she would not mind trying again. She called herself a “Tinder animal” and said now that the first date is done and over with, she knows she’ll have a smooth sailing experience on the next Tinder dates she would have.

On another interview, the actress talked more about being on Tinder. She said that she has a total of nine dates already lined up. As for if they know they know they would potentially date a star, Hilary shared that some do and some do not, while some actually pretend not to. She is not choosy on who she considers potential dates too. "I just want someone who can make you laugh in their profile. I've never dated just a 'normie!'" she said.
