Gabriel Aubry Reunites with Daughter Nahla After Brawl With Olivier Martinez
After his fist fight with Olivier Martinez, Gabriel Aubry is finally reunited with his daughter Nahla.
Gabriel Aubry enjoyed his reunion with daughter Nahla after he called a truce with Halle Berry in court last Thursday. The father and daughter were seen walking along a parking space on Friday.
It was the first time Gabriel and his daughter were seen together again after the brutal incident he encountered with Halle's current partner, Olivier Martinez. The 36-year-old model seems to have healed a bit from the severe battery he had after his brawl with Martinez.
According to TMZ, the 46-year-old actress decided to temporarily drop the restraining order which prevented Aubry to see their 4-year-old daughter. In a follow-up report from X17Online, a nanny picked up Nahla from school and delivered her to her Aubry.
The model covered his bruises by wearing sunglasses, and tried to go incognito by wearing a black jacket over a gray hoodie.
"The settlement that was reached between Halle and Gabe in the aftermath of his arrest for allegedly getting into a fight with Olivier Martinez, includes an agreement that the couple will pay for the Canadian model's legal and medical bills," a source told MailOnline. "Without admitting ANY guilt, Olivier agreed to pay for Gabe's medical bills because he suffered the brunt of the injuries from the fight."
"The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statement on the matter," Halle's lawyer, Blair Berk, told E! News in a handwritten note.
It was also found out that although Aubry was initially charged with $20,000, the model wants to file criminal charges against Olivier who obviously beat him up. He claimed that he did nothing to provoke Olivier and even stated that he received death threats from Halle Berry's fiancé before the incident.
Meanwhile, after the altercation, Halle is putting her Hollywood Hills mansion up in the market for $15 million.
