A YouTube video has surfaced online featuring what could be fans’ first look at Marvel and Sony Pictures’ new Spider-Man. The validity of the video is questionable with reports considering that it could be fake. However, the video is believed to be a scene coming from “Avengers: Age of Ultron” especially since it also features the Avengers tower.

YouTube user spidey AoU posted a video believed to be the end-credits scene of “Avengers: Age of Ultron.” In the video it shows a New York City washer carrying on his job cleaning a window. Spider-Man is eventually seen dangling somewhere nearby as the washer continues on wiping the window. The web sliver could be seen clinging to a nearby building and he could be heard telling the washer that “he missed a spot” and giving out directions. The Avengers Tower could also be seen in the video.

The picture and audio quality of the video is not so clear. It seemed to have been taken at a theatre somewhere considering the echoing quality of the audio and the skewed angle it was taken. It’s also unclear who is playing Spider-Man or Peter Parker in this video since per Movieweb his voice isn’t very audible.

However, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige and “Avengers: Age of Ultron” director Joss Whedon had already confirmed that there will be no post-credits scene in the sequel. The latter said during an interview with Entertainment Weekly that “there is nothing at the very end” of the film. “We want people to know so they don’t sit there for 10 minutes and then go: ‘Son of a bitch! I’ll kill them!’” he added. Whedon revealed that they tried to make something worthy to be shown as a post-credit scene. But they reportedly realised that they couldn’t outdo the shawarma scene in the first “Avengers” film.

Kevin Feige also said during an interview with Collider that no special scene was shot for Spider-Man to appear in "Avengers: Age of Ulton." He confirmed that Peter Parker will not be making any cameo appearance in the sequel

According to Hitfix, fans are still not buying into Joss Whedon’s confirmation that there will be no end-credits scene in “Avengers: Age of Ultron.” Some apparently still want to sit it out in the theatre to see for themselves. Whedon’s statements are believed to be what anyone would actually say to misdirect an important post-credits reveal.

The alleged end-credits video posted on YouTube is believed to be fake considering that it has not been removed online yet. Likewise, Marvel and Sony have yet to cast the new Peter Parker or Spider-Man for the MCU.
