“Avengers: Age of Ultron” has proved to be a major box office success and Joss Whedon has recently revealed in his interview that he wanted to include Spiderman and Captain Marvel in the film’s ending. For those who have seen the film will know that in the last scene avengers drift apart and Black Widow and Captain America decide to give training to the new members of the avengers.

According to Joss, Spiderman and Captain Marvel could have been included in the pre-credit teaser but none of the deals could be finalised. “I would have put both [Spider-Man and Captain Marvel] in, but neither of the deals were made. And then they were like, "We’re making a Captain Marvel movie and we’ve got ‘Spider-Man’ as a property," and I’m like, "I’ve already locked my film you fuckers! Thanks for nothing," he said to Empire magazine. Both Spiderman and Captain Marvel will be seen in the upcoming Marvel films.

Captain Marvel will be seen in “Shazam” whereas as per Sony Marvel deal, Spiderman will have his own standalone film. Moreover, it has also been rumoured that Spiderman will be featured in “Captain America: Civil War.” Moreover, Joss Whedon also spoke to MTV News where he revealed that he wanted to have Loki in the film and one scene was also shot with Tom Hiddleston in the role. However, the scene was not included in the film’s final cut as there were already many characters in the film.

Whedon did not want movie to be “overstuffed.” Meanwhile, Loki might not have featured in the film, his sceptre is reportedly a major part of the film’s plot. Moreover, Thor even gets glimpses of Asgard in the film. “Avengers: Age of Ultron” released in April and it starred Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Cobie Smulders, Anthony Mackie, Hayley Atwell, Idris Elba, Stellan Skarsgård, James Spader, and Samuel L.
