Tech giants around the world are expected to launch their flagship products at the IFA 2015 in Germany. With many companies having already revealed their schedules at the event, Asus is also joining in as it released the teaser for its own event.

Released via the official press invite, the Taiwanese company confirmed the press event for Sep. 2 at 1: p.m. at Bolle Meierei, Berlin. Asus has also posted a video on its official Facebook page, which showcases a quick glimpse of its new products.

The new devices seen in the video include a new monitor, a smartphone and a smartwatch. The few blurry images of the smartwatch resembles the ZenWatch 2 unveiled in in June. Even the teaser clips are similar to those featured during the announcement of the stylish ZenWatch 2.

As mentioned in the press release by Asus, the new watch will be available in two sizes in three different steel-case colors. The smartwatch will come with 18 different straps, color combinations and instantly changeable and customised watch faces. Additionally, there will be an app that will allow owners to design their own wearable.

According to Techno Buffalo , Asus CEO Jerry Shen confirmed that the next generation of ZenFones will feature a fingerprint reader. That could be the refreshed version of the existing ZenFone 2 or the next ZenFone 3 to be introduced later this year.

The smartphone in the teaser video reportedly could be the recently leaked Z00TDA handset, which has been certified by TENNA in China. It is expected to be the next ZenFone with a 5.5-inch Full HD display of 410 pixels per inch. Other features of the new handset include an octa-core chipset paired with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB internal storage with support for microSD card, Talk Android reports. The 4G LTE-capable smartphone will be run on Android Lollipop. It is expected to sport a 13 MP rear camera and 5 MP front snapper.

Samsung has also revealed its plans to launch the new Gear S2 smartwatch at the event in Berlin on Sep. 3. Apple, Sony and Huawei are also expected to present their new products at the IFA 2015.
