With Chinese programming team Pangu working relentlessly on the iOS 10 jailbreaking tool, users can expect an update soon. However, famous iOS hacker Luca Todesco, may have already jailbroken the iOS 10 Beta 8 version and has naturally become the talk of the Internet. Todesco has shared a video that reveals a jailbroken device running on iOS 10.

The hacker introduced the method as a yaluX and it is known that 64 arm devices are suitable for yaluX, reports Pangu Jailbreak. Previously the Pangu team and jailbreak expert iH8sn0w also demonstrated iOS 10 jailbreak. In the recent video shared on YouTube, Todesco used an iPad Pro and demonstrated the 64-Bit jailbreak on iOS 10.

yaluX is the name of the jailbreak tool and Todesco activated it using the app from the Home Screen. The hacker himself wrote the integrated jailbreak injection code. The app is side-loaded with the code. He made the iOS 10 jailbreak possible with a single tap. Once the jailbreak installs, the user can access Cydia in the same manner by going to the Home Screen.

According to Mobile & Apps, Todesco’s iOS 10 Beta 8 jailbreak method is quite similar to the semi-untethered jailbreak solution for iOS 9.3.3 update, preventing Apple devices from frequent crashes and issues faced due to jailbreak-enabled apps.

There have been reports of Cydia un-installing itself on iOS 10 and experts believe this is due to the incompatibility. Even though the Cydia team is well aware of this problem, still they are not taking any action as of now because of the current state of iOS 10. There has been no news as to when iOS 10 will be fully jailbroken.

However, it is of great assurance that iOS 10 jailbreak work will proceed once iOS 10 is officially rolled out, as promised by Pangu. Todesco’s demonstration can act as the base for the jailbreaking community.
