As fans start finding out the secrets and new features of "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire," the next step is to wait for distribution events to bring in more Pokemons to the game. And this time, a new event has been announced for obtaining three Gen 5 starter Pokemons.

iDigital Times spotted the event, which makes the Serperior and Emboar downloadable via serial codes featured in Pokemon Get TV in Japan. The other starter, Samurott will be made available via CoroCoro magazine. According to the source, the Pokemons will feature hidden abilities, which make them worth the effort of obtaining.

Serperior will have the Leaf Storm, Hold Back, Wring Out and Giga Drain and the Contrary ability. This ability will let you raise its stat when a move is supposed to lower it. For Emboar, the serial code distribution will start on Jan. 11, and will feature the moves of Flare Blitz, Hold Back, Head Smash and Take Down. Its hidden ability is Reckless, which will raise the base power of the moves that will bring in recoil damage.

Lastly, for Samurott, you have the Razor Shell, Hold Back, Confide and Hydro Pump moves, with the Shell Armour ability. While these are tempting Pokemon additions to your collection, it appears that Nintendo has yet to announce a release of the three Pokemons with hidden abilities outside of Japan. Both the Pokemon Get TV and the CoroCoro magazines are only available in Japan, and unless the developer specifies, the three Pokemons may remain in Nintendo's hometown.

Still, this does not mean that those outside of Japan will no longer enjoy "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire" in a new way. According to a new post on the official website, players can obtain start Pokemons from other iterations and use them in the latest installment.

This can be done by going to Professor Birch, who will be giving you the Pokemons. Some of the new starters that you can obtain have already been listed, alongside the conditions that you need to meet to get them:

- "Pokemon Gold and Silver" and "Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver" starters Chikorita, Cyndaquil and Totodile can be obtained after you meet Zinnia in the Delta Episode.

- Snivy, Tepig and Oshawott of "Pokemon Black and White" can be obtained once you finish and clear the Delta Episode.

- Starters of "Pokemon Diamond and Pearl" Turtwig, Chimchar and Piplup will be made available once you enter the Hall of Fame the second time but only after you clear the Delta Episode.
