A lot of heavy issues have been dealt with during the recent episodes of “Girl Meets World,” ranging from marriage issues to romantic problems or a deep philosophical discussion of man’s innate goodness or the absence thereof. Older fans have also been treated with a grand reunion with a lot of cast members from “Boy Meets World” making appearances. With what has been revealed regarding the next episode, it seems that the show is taking things a little lighter this time, unless there are other heavy things under their sleeves.

Spoiler alert! This article contains “Girl Meets World” spoilers. Read on if you would like to know what happens next before the next episode airs.

The next episode of “Girl Meets World” features the search for Barry the Bear, a stuffed teddy bear which Riley has treasured for a long time. Barry the Bear has gone missing and it is up to Riley with the help of her family and friends to bring him home.

While this appears a little shallow at first glance, it is really not yet known if this bear hunt is the central point of the story, or maybe it is just an introductory issue to a larger plot. After all, “Girl Meets World” is not very likely to give out half an hour just for that. The promo suggests that there will be a lot of good things coming their way and the possibility of a new love triangle.

Josh has also returned and has somehow hinted that he and Maya could have a future together. While the age difference could be somewhat disturbing for now, nobody will be talking about it in after a few years.

Zay, on the other hand, could also have feelings for Maya. However, the show has its own style of making things seem different from how they appear. Whatever course this apparent new love triangle takes will be known soon.

After a pleasant roller coaster ride of ups and downs, it appears that “Girl Meets World” is off to a fresh start of drama every viewer has grown to love. “Girl Meets Bear” will air on August 26, 2016 on the Disney Channel. It also airs on the Disney Channel in Australia.
