The show appears to get more and more twisted as events unfold in the “The Flash.” While it is mainly because of Barry messing up the timeline, another reason could be how Central City residents have been coping with big things that have been happening in the town.

Comic Book Movie reports that this episode will dwell on the identity of Harrison Wells. Who exactly is he? In the previous episode, Harry returned home to Earth-2 but later on, they realised that they need a Harrison Wells to help them out in their efforts, so the team got a version of him from Earth-19.

The first look for the next episode, however, shows that this version of the scientist might have some evil motives for helping out Barry Allen (Grant Gustin). The Reverse-Flash has been resurrected because of Flashpoint, but could this version of Harrison be hiding something? Who is the monster going out and about in Central City?

V iewers will also know, once and for all, why Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) has a strained relationship with her own mother. When the season started, it had been revealed that Caitlin had been developing metahuman powers because of what Barry did to the timeline. Later on, she was rumoured to become the Killer Frost of Earth-1, which is quite similar to her alternate self in Earth-2. In this upcoming episode, she will be reuniting with her mother so that she could gain more information about the progress of her growing extraordinary abilities.

Caitlin appears desperate to understand what is happening to her and shall be looking for her mother, who is a well renowned biomedical researcher named Dr. Tanhauser (Susan Walters). She hopes that her mother will have all the answers to her questions. However, their cold relationship might get in the way. How this turns out will be known to viewers when the episode airs.

“The Flash” airs every Tuesday on The CW. “Monster” will run on Nov. 1, 2016. It also airs on Fox in Australia.
