Actor Daniel Zovatto has reportedly been cast in the TV series “Fear the Walking Dead.” Details about his character are not available at this time, but it is a major role and the actor will be playing a recurring character.

According to a report by Deadline, Zovatto will be seen in the next season of the show that is expected to premiere in April. The actor has been a cast member of popular TV series like “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” and “Revenge.” His most recent project is a movie called “A Man in the Dark.”

Zovatto will be joining Cliff Curtis (Travis Manawa), Kim Dickens (Madison Clark), Frank Dillane (Nick Clark), Alycia Debnam-Carey (Alicia Clark), Lorenzo James Henrie (Chris Manawa), Ruben Blades (Daniel Salazar) and Colman Domingo (Victor Strand).

The TV sires is a spinoff of the ongoing “The Walking Dead” TV show. The new series tells the story of a new set of characters in Los Angeles. The plot revolves around Travis, who tries to keep his dysfunctional family together as the world appears to be falling apart around him.

The first season of “Fear the Walking Dead” first aired in August 2015 and it only had six episodes. The next season will be much longer with 15 episodes, thanks to the popularity of the TV series.

Just as Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) emerged as the natural leader of the group in “The Walking Dead” series, Travis appears to be the leader of the group in the spinoff series. The new show also has different characters like the drug addict Nick.

“Fear the Walking Dead” Season 2 s set to air on April 10. Fans of the franchise are eagerly waiting to see how Travis will manage to keep his family alive and what plans Victor Strand has to get the group to safety.
