Fans who have been following "Destiny" already know that even without concrete announcements regarding the sequel to the title, it's something that's bound to happen. It helps that developer Bungie has already previously announced that the team intends to turn "Destiny" into a game that runs for 10 years, with plans on improvement and expansion continually in progress.

In a recent interview with IGN, community manager David "DeeJ" Dague has confirmed that players would not have to worry about parting ways with their guardians. If anything, the "Destiny" sequel will allow you to continue the adventure with the same guardian that you've had since the beginning.

"The idea is that the Guardian you have created is something you can bring along with you on that adventure. If you take a look at the way people have played other games for a long period of time, they've had a relationship with the same character for a very long time," said DeeJ to IGN.

This is a good move for Bungie considering how "Destiny" has undergone a number of updates and upgrades for Guardians. There has already a plan to expand the Vault and from the updates, the level cap for Guardians will be raised to 32 with the debut of "The Dark Below" DLC. Bungie is giving "Destiny" fans more reason to invest in the game and it's only fitting the Guardians will stay with the players' journey into the second installment.

Bungie Talks New Raid and Issues Up For Fixing

In the most recent weekly update delivered by the "Destiny" developer has revealed a new Raid coming up. Only dubbed as the "Crota's End-game," the developer did not even provide an image to match the update for fear of any spoilers. Bungie only left a few clues pointing to what's coming.

First, there are some things that you need, namely "The Dark Below" expansion, a Fireteam sorted for battle, a level 30 Guardian and your survival instincts. The second clue is that the race will begin on Dec 9 at 1 am Pacific Time.

In addition, some of the known issues have now been identified as the code for the game is currently being touched up to rid of the bugs. There are two main areas to watch out for when it comes to changes:

- Pocket Infinity

o Charges too quickly after the first shot

o Fix in progress, to be released in a future update

- Daily Event Reward Packages

o No longer delivered by the Postmaster after a Public Event

o Will be fixed automatically in The Dark Below update

o All players will receive the fix when Expansion I goes live.
