More than 15 of the Melbourne’s newest and greatest restaurants including Pastuso and South Africa's Five Hundred, will give foodies the chance to sample their most delectable dishes, according to the official website of the Taste of Melbourne Festival. Visitors at the event can enjoy some of the yummiest dishes for four days. It promises to have a subtle blend of flavours from different parts of the world.

The key highlight of these restaurants is the luxury open-air setting of Pelican Lawn, Albert Park which will turn into a massive outdoor restaurant for the four-day Taste of Melbourne 2015 festival. Exotic food culture will take the centre stage here as the art of food and cooking will be presented by more than 100 artisan producers.

Visitors can also enjoy some alone time with a drink at the Garden Bar or Rekorderlig Cider Bar. They can even grab a bite of delicious food there as well.

The Taste of Melbourne festival gives a chance for people to not only enjoy good food but to also indulge in unique recreational activities, such as Brighton beach mini-sessions, knitting projects for all levels and the cupcake and dessert walking tour.
