“Pitch Perfect 3” actress Anna Kendrick was a guest on “Late Night” with Seth Meyers on Feb. 20. She has taken a break from filming for the said television appearance and shared her experience about working with the film director, Trish Sie.

Kendrick told “Late Night” viewers that during their first week of preparations for the threequel, Sie came in and tried to get one of the characters to do a kind of lewd body movement. She thinks that some of Sie’s direction has been amazing.

The actress said she is learning a lot from the “Pitch Perfect 3” director. She specifically learns about what body movements are and what she should be doing for the film. Apart from the dance movements, the actress also learns some new words from the director. "I didn't know that 'vagina-ing' could be a verb," the Hollywood Reporter quoted her saying.

Kendrick has also teased fans about what to expect from the third film of the franchise, saying there is going to be a lot of dancing. She said it is helpful that their new director is a choreographer. The actress believes that dancing is Sie’s world, as she has first become popular as part of OK Go, a group who earned considerable fame for its creative but often low-budget music videos.

It seems the third film in the franchise is really in good hands as Sie has a reputation as a Grammy Award-winning American choreographer and director. She has taken part in the creation of a number of OK Go videos such as the "treadmill dance" video "Here It Goes Again" which she choreographed, co-produced and co-directed with the band in 2006.

The film also stars Rebel Wilson (Fat Amy), Hailee Steinfeld (Emily), Chrissie Fit (Flo), Kelly Jakle (Jessica) and Ester Dean (Cynthia Rose) among others. Australian model, recording artist and actress Ruby Rose will also join the cast but her role remains unknown. Rose is reportedly seen filming in Atlanta on Feb. 21 for the third “Pitch Perfect” instalment.

The threequel is expected to focus on the story of the a cappella group, Barden Bellas. It looks like the all-female group will have a new opponent as rapper Trinidad James is set to join the cast. He will reportedly be part of a group that will compete against the Barden Bellas. The musical flick is expected to hit Australian theatres on Dec. 22.
