In an appearance on “The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon” last week, Will Smith confessed that his son, Jaden, previously tricked him into letting the 18-year-old personality have a drink at dinner. Oddly enough, Will wishes that his daughter, Willow, will start lying to him as well.

It all happened during Jaden’s 18th birthday celebration. According to Will, his entire family flew to London to be with Jaden. After some bonding time and a run with Calvin Harris, the family sat down for dinner. There, Will noticed that Jaden was obviously more excited.

At the table, the birthday boy asked the waiter for a shot of tequila. Will then hurriedly asked what his son was up to, to which Jaden simply replied, “The drinking age is 18 in England, dad.”

While it's a fact that England's legal drinking age is 18, Will didn't want his son to get the better of him. He explained that it was only noon in Los Angeles, and that Jaden had not been born till 4 in the afternoon. He did not say whether he allowed Jaden to have his tequila in the end.

Strangely enough, Will wants his daughter, Willow, to lie to him more often.

Apparently, Will and Jada have raised such a close-knit family that the head of the same is scared of what his 15-year-old daughter might start sharing. He told the late night host, “As a father, you do not want a circle of safety with a 15-year-old daughter… I’m like, ‘Baby, you need to start lying!’”

Fortunately for Will, Willow has previously admitted to being exactly like Jaden. She even admitted that it feels as though they are “identical twins.”

Other than having A-List celebrities as parents, Jaden and Willow do share a lot in common. Both are fiercely passionate about making it on their own respective fields. While Jaden has been working on his acting career, Willow has been working on her musical one.
