Justin Bieber has not been arrested as of late for his involvement in an egg-throwing incident, but will he be deported for this?

Bieber was caught by TMZ throwing eggs at a neighbor's house in Calabasas, CA. As of writing time, the Los Angeles County Sheriff is investigating the incident, and Bieber has not yet been arrested.

Immigration lawyer Michael Wildes tells E! Online that it is unlikely that the 19-year-old singer will be deported for the incident now dubbed as "egg-gate."

Bieber, a Canadian native, is residing in the United States under an O-1 visa, a kind of visa issued by the U.S. government to people with "extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics."

According to Wildes, the U.S. government has strict policies when it comes to crimes involving people holding temporary visas. However, he does not believe that this case (Bieber's egg-throwing) warrants it.

Wildes adds that it is up for the government to decide whether Bieber's case is worth pursuing on top of all the cases the immigration department is looking into. But even if the government does not pursue with this case, it is worth noting that non-immigrants like Bieber should be careful not to get themselves run in trouble with the law.

"Any non-immigrant in the United States that is charged with a crime, even if it's not a felony, but a misdemeanor, has to be sensitive to the fact that if it is a crime involving moral turpitude, if it is a crime that shocks the conscience of a state, local or federal prosecutor-that would come under review as well," Wildes says further.

The lawyer who has a Bieber fan for a daughter advices the young singer to "scramble the eggs, don't throw them."
"I would caution that if I were his lawyer I would be speaking to him pointedly-and my daughter, Mrs. Bieber, would have to intercede," Wildes says last.

The police is yet to estimate the extent of damage done at the house of Bieber's neighbor, but TMZ predicts that it will cost around US$20,000, considering the works that has to be done to the parts damaged by the egg-throwing incident.
