Everyone has to start somewhere and as ABC News found out, even with noteworthy titles such as "CEO" and "Governor," these presidential candidates still had their share of really bad jobs. Former Utah Governor, Rick Huntsman, lists his experience as dishwasher in a Japanese restaurant as the worst because part of his duties was also to scrub the toilets. Another toilet scrubber is former Senator Rick Santorum who in addition to cleaning toilets also moonlighted as a shoe shine boy.

Rep. Michelle Bachmann cites cleaning 280 fish as the worst job she's had. She follows up with a small giggle as she admits that it was actually more fun than gross. Of course, it can't be worse than her highly publicized Newsweek cover though.

Texas Governor Rick Perry once build fences and labored with jackhammers in the 70's. Sharing his affinity with jackhammers is Herman Cain who used his power tool to tear through concrete floors of basement apartments.

Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney was a humble farm boy, bailing hay some time ago which was bad as he had an allergy to hay. Taking pride in all his work is Rep. Ron Paul who said that everything he's done, he's actually enjoyed. Lucky guy.

The most interesting work story belongs to former House Speaker Newt Gingrinch who worked as a pinsetter in Germany. "The worst job I ever had probably was being a pinsetter, quite exciting, 'cause they would decide to see if they could bowl while you were setting the pins. In Germany. I was - I was a kid, my dad was in the Army. We were stationed in Stuttgart. It was exciting," Ginggrinch recalled fondly.
