Lady Gaga is back on performing and has opened the iTunes festival dramatically in London on Sunday.

The hour long performance from the singer includes Gaga singing fresh new tracks (and even rapping) from her upcoming album "ARTPOP" and even removing her wig to show the audience her real hair.

Sunday marked the pop star's comeback after a broken hip which caused Gaga to cut short her "Born This Way" Ball tour earlier this year. The "Applause" singer introduced the audience to her seven (mostly unheard) tracks from her upcoming album including "Manicure," "I Wanna Be With You" and "Swine."

The singer was seen promoting the songs on her Twitter account.

"HEAL ME, CAUSE I'M ADDICTED TO LOVE (MAN-CURE!), SAVE ME, CAUSE IM ADDICTED TO LOVE (MAN-I-CURE!)," Gaga Tweeted the lyrics of her new song which looks like a track waiting to be a hit song.

"To say that I've missed you, it's a bit of an understatement," she told her fans on stage at London's Roundhouse, according to MTV.

Earlier during the rehearsals the singer Tweeted her excitement saying, "It's so crazy feeling all my muscles wake up back up again! Rehearsal in London has been so fun; I missed performing and can't wait till Sun!"

Gaga's fans were asked to get dressed in bizarre outfits including pig nose and paint on face by the singer herself.

"Acceptable attire for #SwineFest CONTINUED: 5: BEDAZZLED PIG NOSE 6: BOWIE MAGICIAN GARB 7: TRASHBAG or ARTCLOTHES (THERE IS A PAINT ZONE)," the singer Tweeted on Aug 28.

"Artclothes are clothes you don't mind getting covered in live art!" Gaga explained further.

When Gaga finally took to the stage, she was dressed as a bandit and came strapped in a metal cage that was hoisted above the audience. The black bandanna covered singer performed on her number "Aura."

Gaga also tried her hand at rapping in her new number "Jewels and Drugs," which featured rapper TI.

"I wanted to set myself free of this box they put you in, in pop music," she explained. "It's like you have to stay inside the box and be a good girl.

"But I don't want to be a good girl. I want to be out of the box," Gaga said, according to BBC news. Gaga also became candid with the audience and revealed her real hair by taking off a huge wig she wore for the performances. The singer admitted she had gone through really tough times and she uses make and wigs to hide her pain.

"When I didn't feel strong enough to be me, I created someone else. And it worked. So here I am, the human underneath the wigs," she said, removing her wig to show her fans tousled brunette bob hair style.

"This is my real hair," the singer said.

Her fans in the audience included singers Adele and Niall Horan from One Direction. Gaga opened the month long iTunes festival which will also see concerts from other singers including her rival Katy Perry, Sir Elton John, Justin Timberlake and Queens Of The Stone Age.
