The 4.3 Jelly Bean update roll out seemed to be not going very well as the update for Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S4 is suspended and the Note 2 upgrade is delayed indefinitely.

Latest reports confirmed that Samsung Galaxy S4 4.3 Jelly Bean update is halted by AT&T. It is still undetermined whether the problems are just experienced in AT&T Galaxy S4 handsets as reports did not cite other networks to have revealed any problems or issues. The update has the build number of JSS15J.1337UCUEMJ9 and can be downloaded by simply checking for software updates in the Settings menu. Android 4.3 has already rolled out for other major American carriers such as Sprint, Verizon and U.S. Cellular. T-Mobile is the only network which has not released it yet.

However, AT&T along with Samsung is currently looking into the issues in the latest build of the 4.3 Jelly bean update. However, the companies did not reveal whether the update will continue to roll or it will be pulled indefinitely or if the companies will jump into releasing Android 4.4 KitKat OS update.

This is not the first time that Samsung pulled the 4.3 Jelly Bean update. It was reported last week that Samsung pulled the 4.3 Jelly Bean update for the international versions of Galaxy S3. However, Samsung assured that it is looking into the issues of the update is currently working on a fix. However, the release of the said fix is still unconfirmed.

"As we are currently investigating the reported issues with Galaxy S3 4.3 Jelly Bean update, the upgrading service has been temporarily suspended. We are committed to providing customers with the best possible mobile experience, and will ensure to resume the upgrading service at the earliest possibility," Samsung UK announced on Monday.

Complaints from users include battery drain, broken voice recognition, unstable or malfunctioning Wi-Fi, screen blackouts, issues in text message, music player self-launching and slow performance among others.

Meanwhile, due to the current issues experienced in 4.3 Jelly Bean update in the Galaxy S line, the official roll out for the Galaxy Note 2 is delayed indefinitely.

However, the official Samsung Galaxy Note 2 4.3 Jelly Bean update is coming very soon as another firmware leaked courtesy of SamMobile. However, the roll out dates for the official version is still not confirmed. The report said that the latest build is very close to the final version. Thus, users may encounter almost no problem installing the firmware.

According to a leak, 4.3 Jelly Bean update for the Galaxy Note 2 on AT&T and Sprint models is set on Nov. 20 to be followed by Verizon on Nov. 29, and T-Mobile on Dec. 2.
