Nick Jonas is convinced that the existence of extra-terrestrials is real. The “Jealous” singer even recalled his own personal encounter seeing an unidentified flying object or UFO during a guest appearance on the ITV show “This Morning” on Monday.

What started out as an interview on the ITV show about his new album quickly turned to a conversation about the extra-terrestrials after Jonas was asked if he believes that they exist. The singer said he firmly believes of their existence and even relived his own UFO experience.

“This was probably eight years ago, I was in my backyard in LA. I looked up in the sky and there was three flying saucers,” he said.

The singer claimed that at first he didn’t believe what he saw and even questioned his friend, “Are you seeing this or am I losing my mind?”

However, Jonas revealed that his friend was also “seeing the same thing,” so he went online and discovered “there were three identical sightings two weeks before.”

“There was me, my friend and a bunch of people in LA that all saw it,” he told show hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.

Having had his own UFO experience made Jonas a strong believer of the extra-terrestrials. He added that the recent sighting of blue lights that streaked across Los Angeles freaked him out but in “the best possible way.”

According to MTV, the US Navy had already confirmed that the blue lights came from their missile test. However, Jonas believes otherwise. He said during his interview on “This Morning” that he is excited to get back to Los Angeles and do some more digging about those blue lights.

This is not the first time the 23-year old has talked about his personal UFO experience on TV. Back in September he also revealed seeing the three flying saucers during an appearance on “Late Night with Seth Meyers.” In the video below, the singer is heard telling Meyers that at that time people were telling him the flying saucers were merely from a movie set. However, a search online revealed three other identical UFO sightings in other states. He told Meyers that the experience made him a “firm believer in aliens.”
