The latest HTC One 2 concept image is really convincing and looks like something the company will develop. Its render was created by one of the forum members of the XDA Developers Community, Hamdir.

The designer did a great job in this concept image and designed a believable concept. Hamdir included all the leaked specs and features of the handset in his concept image. The overall handset design is similar to the design of the previous HTC One. According to his post, the handset will leave out the usual capacitive buttons and replaced it with virtual ones.

At the back, the smartphone packs a dual flash at the back and the LEDs are differently colored similar to iPhone 5S. This general format is quite the same as one of the predecessors, only this time we get a dual back camera and the sensors are moved next to the front-facing camera.

The report continued that the dual back camera will make use of Lytro-like technology. The handset will also pack the new version of HTC Sense 6.0. Also, the icons are the same, but the signal/WiFi/battery area is now totally white and the symbols have been slimmed down.

Recent reports claimed HTC One 2 release date in March and will purposely skip the Mobile World Congress event later this month. Reliable leaker @evleaks tipped HTC will announce the much-awaited smartphone in an elaborate event in New York next month.

Initially, it was speculated HTC One 2 will be introduced at MWC 2014. But aside from a successful first generation of HTC One, HTC is also avoiding stiff competitors at the event.

Some of the rumored features of HTC One 2 are 5-inch full HD screen display, 2.3 quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor; 2 GB RAM, 16 GB and 32 GB of internal storage, microSD slot for expandable storage, 2900 mAh battery, Android 4.4 KitKat OS, and Sense 6 UI.
