Lyon midfielder Nabil Fekir is more inclined to join Arsenal over Manchester City according to his father. Despite Manchester City taking the lead in the Premier League champions, and its established name in the football arena, it appears that those are not enough for team to get what it wants.

Even a team that has the fortune cannot always get a player to join its team - this was clearly what Fekir's choice implied. For some players like Fekir, playing time is more important than joining a world-class squad.

Nabil Fekir believes that minutes in every playing time is more important especially at this stage of this career. He has become one of the apples of the eye of many coaches from other teams after his impressive performance in Ligue 1 this season during his play for his home-town club. His performance did draw attention from the football elites, the Premier League, and basing on those glances, surely a transfer window will always be made available for Fekir.

As both Arsenal and Manchester City vie for the 21-year-old to be a part of their team, there would only be one winner. According to Fekir's father offers will be received from Emirates and Etihad Stadium. Mohamed Fekir claimed during an interview with Le Parisien that Nabil intends to finish first or second and to stick playing for Lyon during the Champions League football. If ever he leaves, Fekir will go for Arsenal-the wisest choice considering that Manchester City will only have Fekir sitting on the bench.

Nabil Fekir impressed France with his playmaking abilities lately, and he has been awarded for his abilities with 14 eye-catching outings in 2014/15. His track record would show how he greatly helped Lyon to get in the title-chasing pack. He has netted six times and has provided further three assists.

Considering Fekir's playing abilities, it would be premature, if not, unwise to lose the player while at mid-season. Nabil Fekir's continued membership with Lyon will however be resolved come January and by the end of the season especially now that interests for Fekir to be transferred swell like waves of big opportunities.
