Miley Cyrus is going on a full make over. Apart from an additional tattoo which the former Disney star debuted last Friday, the 19-year old star underwent a major color change. Are all these "big" changes preparation for the big day allegedly set at the end of summer?

Last May 31, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth shocked family, friends and fans with their engagement. The two have been dubbed as "too young" to tie the knot. However, Liam challenged this notion claiming that his parents had wed at such a young age and is still together now. So while the web tabloids and relationship advice columnists continue saying the marriage will fail, Liam and Miley have turned a deaf ear and blind eye.

Now that Liam has finally "put a ring on it", what's next? Well, the couple doesn't appear too in the rush for the big day. In fact, the adorable duo is taking all the time enjoying being engaged while they still have time together that is. Liam Hemsworth is set to head back for the filming of "The Hunger Games" sequel, "Catching Fire" along with Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson.

On the other hand, Miley Cyrus is set to head back to the studio. The 19-year old is working on a "sexier" album for her fans. Miley's music isn't the only thing set to be "sexier" because thanks to her Pilate's class, so is her figure.

Apart from debuting a to-die for body, Miley boasted her new ink last Friday taken from the famous quote of Theodore Roosevelt which says, "so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat".

Cyrus' ink isn't the only thing new. The 19-year old debuted her new hair color on Twitter.

"Now that I'm blonde I gotta give duck lips in every photo," tweeted Miley along with a photo of her newly colored hair.
