Another interesting about the “Focused” inbox is that it works on all of the user’s email accounts which will help user be more organised. Outlook also features a one-click unsubscribe button which will help users block certain mail that they find unnecessary.

The review said that the iOS version was easy to use, with easy swiping from left to right which archives the messages and allowing users to schedule each message to re-surface at a particular time.
Users can work on multiple messages with a long tap on the screen. Users can also go to Settings and choose certain actions like delete, move, mark as read or unread or even flag important messages.
Outlook also offers its users the option to add custom signatures. It features different tabs which provides faster access to certain files and attachments. It can quickly access files from OneDrive and Dropbox accounts.
