Rihanna and Leonardo DiCaprio may work on a film together soon. Allegedly, Rihanna would take on a role in the dark film, “The Crowded Room.”

Mirror UK reports that Leonardo DiCaprio just allegedly opened the door for Rihanna to become a movie star. A source claimed that the two have been talking and found that it made sense for them to work together on the movie, “The Crowded Room.” Reportedly, Leo will take on the role of a schizophrenic criminal by the name of Billy Milligran while Rihanna might play the role of one of his victims. “Leo has been working intensely on this project and chatting about it with Rihanna and they both think it would make sense for her to be in the movie,” the source said.

The source added that the two could not be more excited about the prospect because it means having more opportunities to be with each other. "They want to spend as much time together as possible and this would be a huge bonding experience as she’s already been helping with his research into the character." While Leo’s representative already denied that he is dating Rihanna, the two keeps spurring dating rumours as they were spotted spending some cosy moments together for the past weeks.

If Rihanna gets a part on the movie however, this is not the first time that she shows the world her acting chops. In 2012, she had a minor role in “Battleship,” as Petty Officer Cora Raikes and acted alongside big Hollywood names such as Taylor Kitsch, Alexander Skarsgard and Liam Neeson. She also acted in “Annie” last year, "This Is The End" in 2013 and "Bring It On: All or Nothing" in 2006.

While her acting prowess still needs to fully shine through, no one can doubt what she could do in the music scene. She was recently named the “Most Streamed Artist” in Spotify and latest singles received wide acclaim. On March 6, Rihanna’s “Toward the Sun” also achieved the No. 8 spot on the Billboard + Twitter Top Tracks chart. When the single first debuted, it immediately achieved the No. 1 on the real time Billboard + Twitter Trending 140 chart.
