Lea Michele and Ryan Murphy reveal over their respective social networking sites some things to expect this season on the musical series "Glee."

The actress who plays Rachel Berry on the hit series posted over her Instagram account Friday some pictures of her and fellow 'Glee' cast Naya Rivera, Chris Colfer and even guest star Adam Lambert with colorful puppets that resemble them.

The series creator, meanwhile, tweeted late last Oct. some photos of the puppet versions of some of the cast. The tweets read "Glee puppets! With many more to come! Who's ur favorite so far?" and "Blaine and friends", referring to the addition of Darren Criss who plays the aforementioned character into the 'Glee' puppets in the second photo.

Various sources predict that the series of posts indicate that the next or future episode of "Glee" this season is a tribute to the musical "Avenue Q." Blogger Danielle S. Tepper even predicted a few songs that may be featured in the episode, if ever the said tribute pushes through.

The series is currently on its fifth season and its latest episode "The End of Twerk" aired last Thursday after a long hiatus, and was met with mostly positive reviews despite a seemingly controversial title.

Meanwhile, "Avenue Q" is a Broadway musical inspired by the children's show "Sesame Street," and is characterized by its use of puppets. The musical's characters laments on how as children they are assured that they are special and could do anything, but as adults they realize that their options are limited and is just like any other human in the world.

Unlike the show where the musical is lifted upon, "Avenue Q" is known for its substantial use of profanity and sensitive themes such as racism, homosexuality and pornography. The Tony award-winning musical also features songs such as "What Do You Do With a BA in English?," "Everyone's a Little Bit Racist" and "The Internet is For Porn."

A few sites have been clamoring for an "Avenue Q" feature on the musical series. A contributor for Yahoo! even enumerated the reasons why the musical deserves a "Glee" tribute, including perfect songs for some characters and touchy topics that teenagers can pick up from the musical.
