Lady Gaga stepped out of her London hotel in all black following the death of her dog Alice. The 27-year-old wore a black textured hat that gave her a hard time balancing herself while walking out of her hotel, sources say. The singer was reportedly wearing black because she is mourning her dog's death.

The dog, who lives with Lady Gaga's family in their New York home, passed away Tuesday.

News of Alice's death came via Twitter when the singer took to the social networking site saying, "My puppy Alice died. We had put her down, cancer ate away at a little angel." Lady Gaga added that her father was saddened by what happened to the pooch. She also said that the Germanottas "lost" a member of their family.

Lady Gaga shared to her fans that she loves being Lady Gaga "but it is so painful sometimes to be away from home." She said that the dog lived 17 years and that they have "so many memories." The singer and songwriter also added that "nothing beats family."

Dressed in black, Lady Gaga was unrecognisable from the Lady Gaga that stripped naked on stage Saturday.

The singer sported a rather large hat and was reportedly having a hard time balancing it. She is currently in London for "ARTPOP". The album will be released in Nov. 11.

She stunned again when the 27-year-old wore a high feathered headpiece making it difficult for the singer to get out of her vehicle and get through doorways, sources say.

The accessory, reportedly from Louis Vuitton, looked like a peacock's tail. Lady Gaga stood out because of the bizarre headgear and was seen sporting it outside of The Graham Norton Show.

She teamed her outfit with black trousers and a sheer top highlighting her slim figure. She also wore black platform boots to go with her attire.

When she arrived in the capital, the eccentric pop star ruled the ghouls in a ragged see-through Halloween costume. She had a possessed stare, according to observers and walked barefoot.

In early Oct., the 27-year-old pop singer shocked Cher with her meat purse when she asked the 67-year-old to "hold" the meat purse. Cher recounted, "I didn't realise what it was at first. I thought it was a new designer!"
