The drama continues between Kourtney Kardashian and her boyfriend Scott Disick in this week's episode of "Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons." Scott had spent a few days in rehab and Kourtney admitted that spending some time with a therapist while he was away helped her deal with the situation and prepare for his return.

Now that Scott is returning from rehab after a short stint that resulted from a bout of alcohol poisoning and a near overdose, Kourtney admitted that the therapist hired by her sisters really helped her vent out her issues. Scott decided to leave rehab earlier than she expected and she needed to process how she really felt about him and the future of their relationship. She said that she wasn't ready for him to return yet and talking with her therapist Leigh has helped her deal with her mixed emotions.

When things went down the drain for Kourtney and Scott in The Hamptons, Khloe and Kim Kardashian as well as their mom Kris Jenner agreed that Kourtney could benefit from having a therapist to talk to about her problems with Scott and other emotional issues. They flew in a therapist for her even though they knew that the idea could be met with resistance by Kourtney who is typically very reserved about opening up and showing her emotions.

Kourtney said that she's scared for Scott to come back because she felt like they still needed space to figure out the right thing to do in order to make a positive change and avoid going back to the same routine. Scott told Khloe that he doesn't know what Kourtney wants most of the time and this is due to Kourtney's inability to express her emotions.

After speaking with Leigh, Kourtney became convinced that she is ready to make the positive change that they need to finally break out of their routine and get their relationship on the right track. Leigh suggested that they find time to talk in private without the kids and the rest of the family hovering around them. Kourtney agreed and when Scott returned, she found time to speak to him but they butted heads about how they wanted to fix the situation.

Kourtney said that she wanted space for them to both figure out what they really wanted. Scott said that he didn't understand how space can help since they have not even been sleeping in the same bed for five years. He said that he was tired of having all the talks and that maybe he should find a new house so that she can get all the space that she needed.

In the end, the two decided to keep working on their communication and how they can make small improvements day by day. They decided that as long as they both make the decision to keep trying to make things work then they can stay on the right path to improving their relationship. More relationship drama between Kourtney and Scott will play out in upcoming episodes of "Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons."
