The Canadian crooner has finally hit New York and the Bieber is minutes away from the highly-anticipated concert. Despite the rain, "Beliebers" have camped out at New York just to catch a glimpse of the 18-year old teenage heartthrob. With hours away before Bieber's performance, what should fans expect?

Dozens of teenage girls camped out at W. 48th Street at New York in hopes of seeing Justin Bieber enter the building for his mini-concert at the Rockefeller Center for NBC's Friday Morning "Today" Show. What caused the mayhem and manic? Blame it all on the Bieber who took to Twitter announcing his arrival at the Big Apple.

"great day of press...great seeing the fans...Everyone come to NYC tomorrow for the @TodayShow Concert!! see you there!," tweeted Justin Bieber

The 18-year old also managed to share a behind-the-scenes video of his dance rehearsals for his next album, "Believe." "Believe" is due for a release by June 19 but song leaks have already hit the web. A few songs have been said to be made for Justin's longtime beau, Selena Gomez. Another song has said to been written by Justin for the woman behind the baby-drama scandal, Mariah Yeater, which plagued his life last year.

So while Bieber's album is in the pipes, the 18-year old has flown from Los Angeles to New York for a "Bieber-iffic" event fans are dying not to miss. Apart from performing live on "Today's" show, Justin had also hinted on bringing a "surprise guest" for the event. Some "Jelena" fans are hoping it would be Selena Gomez but the 19-year old hottie is currently in LA.

Canadian fans are saying it could be none other than Justin's music protégé, Carly Rae Jepsen. Jepsen has currently beat Justin's song, "Boyfriend" on the Billboard Music Charts with her catchy song, "Call Me Maybe".

With fans increasing by the minute at the streets of New York, Justin Bieber won't have a hard time spotting his "Bieber Fever"-induced audience. This 18-year old definitely has his luck going great with hoards of fans patiently waiting for him despite the terrible weather.

"I'm here for his music," shares one fan, Amina Morsi, on Daily News. "The way he talks about to 'never say never,' just the way he sings with passion. I think it's very inspiring," added Amina.
