The latest iPhone 6C concept image has packed bigger screen display and slimmer design.

The new iPhone 6C render made the consumers excited with an overall new design. Designer Caelan Cooper imagined the successor of iPhone 5C to have a larger screen. The screen measured 4.8 inches that can accommodate another row and column of apps.

According to Concept-Phones, the device boasted a slimmer design as the concept image decreased the screen bezels. The handset was described as a "razor thin" device measuring 7 mm thick, making it as the thinnest iPhone ever made.

Based from the photos, the smartphone ditched the conventional Home button. Moreover, the handset has wider screen and sported rectangular shape. The device gave off an elegant feel, thanks to its thinner design.

iPhone 6C retained the same unibody design and plastic casing and five original hues of its predecessor. But Cooper included a space gray color variant.

It is still unconfirmed whether the next iPhone will come in two variants like the past year's iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C. But rumors said two handsets will come this year. One is a phablet that will kick off Apple's new line of smartphones. The other is the successor of iPhone 5S or iPhone 5C.

Meanwhile, iPhone 6 is reported to pack features such the next generation of A8 processor, iOS 8 and fingerprint sensor. Apple patents hinted on the possible specs and features of the next iPhone. One Apple patent found described a curved or flexible screen embedded with liquidmetal material. The patent also added the screen will be protected by a Sapphire glass covering. Other patents hinted on an improved Siri and gestures control.

As for the iPhone 6 release date, Apple is still mum in the official launch date of the device causing more speculations. Some reports said the device will be released in June at the Worldwide Developers Conference. June is iPhone's original release date. Other reports said iPhone 6 will hit the market in September.
