"Grimm" Season 4, Episode 1 airs Friday, Oct. 24, on NBC. This premiere starts off with a very different Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli). "Nick adjusts to the loss of his Grimm powers and tries to figure out how to deal with Trubel as the fourth season opens," reads the Grimm Season 4, Episode 1 synopsis on TV.com.

"Trubel (Jacqueline Toboni) is now my seeing-eye Grimm," Giuntoli has earlier said, implying that Nick's skills as a Grimm may have been compromised in Grimm Season 4, but he would still be fighting some bad Wesens.

"Meanwhile, Wu has an unpleasant flashback; a new group of Wesen come to Portland and steal people's memories; Capt. Renard fights for his life; and Adalind's desperation to find her child lands her in Prince Viktor's clutches," the Grimm Season 4, Episode 1 synopsis on TV.com concludes here.

A Grimm showrunner has issued a spoiler, saying Nick is not going to be grimmed back so soon into Grimm Season 4. Executive producer David Greenwalt has earlier said the spell will be "long enough to really mine the issues around it."

Reggie Lee's Sergeant Drew Wu is expected to be more involved with the Wesens in Grimm Season 4. (In the final moments of the third season, Wu discovers the ancient Wesen drawings.) It remains to be seen how he would take in the new reality, and how he would react to Nick's lies.

As for Monroe and Rosalee, they will try to have their own honeymoon early on into Grimm Season 4, despite the circumstances. Much is also anticipated from Claire Coffee's Adalind Schade and her future encounters with Nick's mother, Kelly Burkhardt (Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio).

Viewers could only hope there's a bigger story for Russell Hornsby's Hank Griffin and Bitsie Tulloch's Juliette Silverton in Grimm Season 4.

Grimm Season 4, Episode 1 is titled, "Thanks for the Memories."
