After all, cooking is a great equalizer-no amount of pay checks and trips around the world will make that soufflé rise if your measurements aren't precise.

  • Jennifer Aniston: In April of this year, Aniston bought a penthouse in New York's West Village for a cool $5.9 million. Though the space is quite small for an A-Lister, she makes up for it by buying not just 1 but 3 units-perhaps she has plans for extending her midsized kitchen already fully equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances.
  • Taylor Swift: The young country star has been having one heck of a year but looking through her Twitter feed, you wouldn't even know that the girl is a superstar. She spends her time at home baking and cooking and with her spacious kitchen complete with double door fridge and enormous butcher block counter, who wouldn't have a ball doing exactly that?
  • The Kardashians: Anyone who has watched the show will know exactly how much time the striking sisters spend hanging out in the kitchen. In their former house in Hidden Hills, matriarch Kris was sometimes seen whipping up dinner while the girls were up to their crazy antics.
