Subscribers of the second largest ISP in the Netherlands can now access The Pirate Bay again. This can be another major victory for The Pirate Bay in Netherlands after the Court of The Hague ordered two other major ISPs to unblock the Web site. According to UPC, BREIN (anti-piracy group) agreed to lift the ban even before the result of an appeal in the court.
