Enter The ‘Valley Of The Yetis’ In New ‘Far Cry 4’ DLC

Ubisoft is about to make gamers out there who’ve always wanted to shoot the abominable snowman. According to Polygon, the French game developer has announced the next piece of “Far Cry 4” DLC coming next month called the “Valley of Yetis.”
Continuing where the “Escape from Durgesh Prison” DLC left off, the game allows the players to be in control of Ajay Ghale once again. After the helicopter he escaped from in the last expansion pack crashes, Ghale wakes up in a less than friendly environment as he crashed into a snowy plain filled with insane cultists and – as the title of the DLC pack implies – Yetis. Players will have to try their best to survive the onslaught of supernatural enemies as Ghale uncovers the hidden secrets of the valley as he gets into bigger trouble.
The “Valley of the Yetis” DLC will be available for those who have purchased the “Far Cry 4” season pass that costs $29.99, as confirmed by Eurogamer. All the DLC can be purchased separately as well, though the individual price for “Valley of the Yetis” has not been announced as of yet. This downloadable pack will be set in the Himalayan Mountains and is designed for both single player play and multiplayer sessions.
Unlike the main campaign of “Far Cry 4,” players will be able to play the “Valley of Yetis” campaign with a friend in a two-player co-op mode. The second player will take on the role of Hurk as he helps Ghale survive the storn of snowmen, snow and a ton of crazy cultists who seem to worship the yetis.
“Far Cry 4: Valley of Yetis” will become available next month on March 10. “Far Cry” fans that bought the season pass will automatically be able to purchase the DLC once the campaign has been released, though it can also be bought separately. “Far Cry 4” is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PC, Xbox One and Xbox 360. No news has been announced on what the next DLC pack will be about or when it will be available.
