A gag reel of “Deadpool” movie starring Ryan Reynolds has leaked online, ahead of the Blu-ray and DVD release. The videos shows how the cast and crew members had fun while making the film. Meanwhile, Kevin Feige explained the “secret” of the success of the movie in a recent interview.

The gag reel posted on The Mary Sue shows six minutes of funny scenes filmed on the set of the movie. The footage has leaked online and FOX has been busy attempting to take the content down.

The video is expected to be a part of the DVD and Blu-ray that will be available for purchase from May 10. The movie itself was a big hit for bringing its unique form of humour and the additional gag reel promises more such humour for the eager fans.

Meanwhile, Feige spoke about the success of the film with Deadline and he said that the audience will respond when you give them something unique. Feige said that apart from being unique, the other “secret” for the success of “Deadpool” is that the director took the character as is from the comics and didn’t attempt to filter the character to suit the current trend.

In the comics, the character doesn’t care about the other superheroes and doesn’t take anything seriously. Feige emphasised the need for any filmmaker to respect the source material, understand it and then try to make an adaptation. He praised director Tim Miller for being able to achieve that.

The movie released on Feb 11 in Australia and it went on to become a big box office hit across the globe. The success of the movie led to the announcement of a sequel that will also be directed by Miller and with Reynolds reprising his role as the comic superhero.

The “Deadpool” sequel is set to be released in 2017. An exact release date of the movie is yet to be announced. Casting announcements and production details are expected to be announced soon.
