'Days Of Our Lives' spoilers for Dec. 19: After catching Chad and Gabi in a compromising situation, Abby wants to stay ‘dead’

A devastating heartbreak greets Salem City on the first episode of “Days Of Our Lives” (“DOOL”) for the week. On Monday, Abby (Marci Miller) is shattered after witnessing an intimate moment between Chad (Billy Flynn) and Gabi (Camila Banus). Spoilers suggest that she would go back to her original plan and remain in hiding.

Meanwhile, Lani (Sal Stowers) returns to Salem to spend time with Abe (James Reynolds) and Theo (Kyler Pettis). Other “Days Of Our Lives” characters who will figure prominently on the Dec. 19 installment include Deimos (Vincent Irizzary), Brady (Eric Martsolf), Andre (Thaoo Penghlis) and JJ (Casey Moss).

TV Guide reports that on Monday’s run of “DOOL,” Brady advises Deimos against putting Chloe to harm. Meanwhile, Chad and Gabi realise that someone saw them kissing. JJ, on the other hand, fears that having another secret from Gabi would end up in another disaster. Elsewhere, Lani arrives in Salem and reunites with her family.

In the previous episode, Abby told Jennifer that she saw Chad and was about to reveal herself, when she saw him take his ring off. However, Dario made her realise that she needs to tell the truth tonight. Later, while she dressed up, she imagined how perfect it would be when she reunites with Chad. She then called Andre to tell him that she’s ready. At the park, Abby met with Andre, who compliments her appearance. Andre then told her he’ll take her to Chad then leave them alone to have their “Nicholas Sparks moment.”

Meanwhile, Gabi realised JJ is lying to her again and went to Chad to rant. He hugged her and assured her. The two ended up kissing just as Andre and Abby appeared at the doorstep.
