"Castle" Season 7 spoilers reveal a few things about the much-awaited premiere episode. However, it hardly gives the Cas-kett fans the comforting they need until the series returns on ABC. So Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic have been showing their followers some love on Twitter, keeping them close through their so-called series separation anxiety (sepanx). Meanwhile, one of the best Castle writers recently teased a "mind boggling" meeting.

Spoiler alert: This feature contains a round-up of Castle 7 spoilers and some major details on the S6 finale.

Ask Nathan Fillion anything and he might pull a Rick Castle on you, as in, dish answers that put a smile on your face because he'd say something cute-silly or downright funny. In the premiere of Castle Season 7, however, fans fear Castle might not be making any jokes.

"When was the last time that you said 'I love you'?" Twitter user (Cas-kett and possibly a "Grey's Anatomy" fan) @caskett_merder asked. Mr Fillion tweets back, "Just now. I read aloud."

There are good reasons why an avid Castle viewer would not expect jokes in the Season 7 premiere.

One, Castle's car (the groom's car) is a wreck, and self-combustion is unlikely. Two, though viewers know Rick is alive, Kate Beckett (Stana Katic) doesn't. At least not yet. Three, creator Andrew Marlowe and his wife Terri Edda Miller (who co-wrote the Castle S6 finale) just really had to ruin the Caskett wedding.

"Hopefully, in the long term, [the show's fans'] trust in us will be well-deserved. But in the short term we're going to take our lumps," Andrew Marlowe told TVLine, in response to those who felt let down by the Castle Season 6 finale.

Castle Season 7 Spoilers Round-up: Few Things Caskett Fans (Must) Know

In the same TVLine intertview, Marlowe added the creative minds behind Castle Season 7 want to "start with a bang."

David Amann, who officially takes the showrunner's seat as of Castle Season 7, Episode 1 production, writes the new season opener. (Among many others, IMDB.com credits the sharp script of Castle 6x17 "In the Belly of the Beast" to Amann. It is the episode where Stana Katic's Beckett nearly gets killed in Bracken's lair.)

Rob Bowman, who directed the 'Belly of the Beast' episode, teams up again with Amann for the Castle 7 premiere episode, TVLine reported. 'Beast' is one of the most thoroughly intense episodes of Castle Season 6. Fans expect nothing less from Amann and Bowman for the new season premiere.

In connection to the powerful tandem of Amann and Bowman, Castle writer Terri Edda Miller has a teaser related to the Castle 7 production. Check out the tweet below. Incidentally, Marlowe has the (presumed) number of episodes in this sneaky tweet.

Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic are expected to get busy filming Castle Season 7 soon. They are likely to keep updating their fans on Twitter. The actors do not have a table read like other shows, Ms Miller explained. So, "action" cannot be too far away from this point.
