A trailer of “Better Call Saul” season 4 that was release at the San Diego Comic Con has surfaced online. The video shows Jimmy (Bob Odenkirk) exploring other career options while he is suspended from practicing law.

“You know why God made snakes before he made lawyers? He needed the practice,” Jimmy can be seen saying during what appears to be a job interview. Kim Wexler (Rhea Seehorn) suggests that he take some time off, but Jimmy prefers to keep busy, which should be important because he is grieving the loss of his brother. A video of the trailer has been posted on YouTube.

There will be a funeral of Chuck McGill (Michael McKean) in the next season. The trailer shows the funeral being attended by a nervous Jimmy, and Howard Hamlin (Patrick Fabian). Will Howard blame Jimmy for Chuck’s death? There is reason for many of the characters, including Howard, to feel guilty about what happened.

Meanwhile, the drugs business continues on the show. Gustavo ‘Gus’ Fring (Giancarlo Esposito) will be back, along with Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks). The next season will continue the transformation of Jimmy into Saul Goodman, and perhaps the death of his brother will accelerate this change. Jimmy and Mike’s need to make money will also make them consider a job that can make them a steady income.

According to a report by Entertainment Weekly, Executive Producer Vince Gilligan has teased that the overlap between the show and the “Breaking Bad” series will be bigger. “You’re going to see some stuff that looks familiar in a delightful way,” Co-executive Producer Peter Gould teased.

The fans will get to meet the character Lalo (Tony Dalton), who was mentioned by Jimmy in the “Breaking Bad” TV series. However, the lead characters Walter White (Bryan Cranston) and Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) will not be making an appearance on the show this year.
